From your main screen, you can:
Click on “My Info” Tab. From here you can:
Edit your personal profile, add billing information, and add family members. Billing info is stored on FirstData’s secure server, and is not accessible to CIC, except to run your card for purchased services. Adding family members is useful if you have a family membership, or if you would like us to charge your card when your family member comes in.
You can also:
- See/edit your currently scheduled appts under the “My Schedule” tab.
- See past appts with the “Attendance” tab and “Purchase History” tab
- Check on current memberships and packages under the “Account” tab.
Keep in mind some of the past history did not make it over in the transition, but all future information will be available from these tabs.
Click on “Online Store” Tab.From here you can:
- Select “Contracts” to purchase a One Hour Vacation Membership.
- Select “Gift Cards/Credit to purchase an email-able gift card for someone, or to add credit to your account or to someone else’s.
- Select “Services” to pre-pay for a particular service. To purchase a Package of 3-18 sessions, click on “Oneida Massage”, and scroll to the bottom of the list.
- Select “Products”. (We currently do not have any products listed, but most of the MBO Affiliates do.)
Click on “Appointments” to return to the Book Appointments screen.
