Calendar FAQ’s

You will find most of the answers to questions about booking your appointment online in the sections below. If you still have questions, or are having an issue with the calendar, feel free to contact us directly.

Calendar

Basic Calendar Guidelines

The system will not allow appointments to be set within 18 hours of the appointment time. If you need to set a same-day appointment, or are trying to set one for tomorrow, and it is after 6pm, you will need to contact us, or your therapist directly by phone, text, or email.

Please add one half hour to any appointment you are trying to book; i.e it takes three slots to book an hour, four slots to book a 90 minute, and five slots to book an 2 hour appointment.

Couples massage is only available at the DTC/Yosemite Location. You will need to contact us directly by phone, text, or email to set up a couples massage.

If a service does not appear for a particular therapist, it is not available.

If you have a physician’s prescription, we will need additional information. Please call us prior to setting your first appointment, and please be sure to book it using the Medical Massage category. Certificates, coupons, and other discounts including One Hour Vacation memberships do not apply, and cannot be used with Medical Massage.

If you have a Gift Certificate or other promotion, please include a note under comments when you book the appointment. *Daily deals, such as Groupon or Amazon Local have their own section for you to book in, see Deal Certificates category.

Daily Deal Certificates

If you are from Groupon, or another deal or coupon site, Welcome! If you are having problems booking an appointment we can be reached by Email, text, or voice message. Please note, if it can be done via email or text, it is much easier for us to respond more quickly. Phone calls take longer, and our time between appointments is limited. 🙂 Thanks!

*For Daily Deals type certificates, select your preferred location first (i.e. DTC-Deal Certificates or Oneida-Deal Certificates), then select your deal certificate, and other information and click search. Please enter your certificate number under Comments section while booking your appointment.*

First Time Log-In (New System)

Use this whether you have ever booked an appointment with us or not, if it is the first time you have used the MindBodyOnline System.

Click “Sign up!” from the upper right hand corner of the Home Screen.

Enter your First and Last name in the “New to Our Site” box on the right side, click next.

If your name appears in the next screen, select “This is me”, enter your email address, and click “Next”.

If your name does not appear in the list, click “Create a New Account”, fill out the requested information, check the “I agree” box, and click “Create Account” button.

(Note: opting in to the email only opts you in to get appointment reminders and other similar reminders from our system. You will be asked at your first appointment if you are interested in opting in to our newsletter and other types of marketing emails. These are completely separate items.)

Enter your email address and click next. Follow the instructions in the e-mail you receive to change your password, and log in.

Booking An Appointment:

Option 1: Select a Location/Massage Category from the home screen (easiest) or

Option 2: Click “Browse Appointment Schedule” to go directly to the calendar.

Option 1:

From the next screen:

Select the Staff by name, gender, or no preference.

Select the Weekday, dates, and times.

(Keep in mind, if you have selected a specific staff person, they may not be available on all days or times. It is best to select one of the Next options (3 days-5 days-week, etc) options in this case.)

Select one of the options from the Search Results screen.

Select your start time. The end time will fill in automatically.

Add any notes/comments you may have regarding this appointment.

Click on “Book Appointment”. (If you want to book several appointments for the same day/time/therapist in the future click on “Book Recurring Appointment”. Select the frequency (weekly, biweekly, monthly) and the end date. The system will notify you of any unavailable dates on the next screen, and book the rest.)

Option 2:

Find the day you would like to book, click on the Location/Program type in the time slot you would like to book.  (You will be prompted to log in if you have not already done so.)

Select the Appointment details:

Staff

Type of Massage

Start time (end time will fill in based on the service selected)

Add any notes/comments you may have regarding this appointment.

Click on “Book Appointment”. (If you want to book several appointments for the same day/time/therapist in the future click on “Book Recurring Appointment”. Select the frequency (weekly, biweekly, monthly) and the end date. The system will notify you of any unavailable dates on the next screen, and book the rest.)

Other Features

From your main screen, you can:

Click on “My Info” Tab. From here you can:
Edit your personal profile, add billing information, and add family members. Billing info is stored on FirstData’s secure server, and is not accessible to CIC, except to run your card for purchased services. Adding family members is useful if you have a family membership, or if you would like us to charge your card when your family member comes in.
You can also:

  • See/edit your currently scheduled appts under the “My Schedule” tab.
  • See past appts with the “Attendance” tab and “Purchase History” tab
  • Check on current memberships and packages under the “Account” tab.

Keep in mind some of the past history did not make it over in the transition, but all future information will be available from these tabs.

Click on “Online Store” Tab.From here you can:

  • Select “Contracts” to purchase a One Hour Vacation Membership.
  • Select “Gift Cards/Credit to purchase an email-able gift card for someone, or to add credit to your account or to someone else’s.
  • Select “Services” to pre-pay for a particular service. To purchase a Package of 3-18 sessions, click on “Oneida Massage”, and scroll to the bottom of the list.
  • Select “Products”. (We currently do not have any products listed, but most of the MBO Affiliates do.)

Click on “Appointments” to return to the Book Appointments screen.
